Return Policy

 

How to return

Simply fill out this return form and ship the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Currently, we don't provide return shipping labels. 

The Rooted Loom is not responsible for any packages that get lost in the mail during the return process.

Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not accept the return. 

The Rooted Loom has the right to to reject any items requested for return based upon the guidelines of the return policy.

 

 

Refunds

Returned packages are only eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria: 

• All return packages must be shipped within 14 days from the date of delivery
• All items must be in good, unworn condition - no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. All refunds are to the original payment method.
